Traditional New Zealand and European Style food, prepared with beauty and simplicity. Learn how to master, savour and enjoy remarkable meals.

Regular cooking classes showcase recipes and styles from around the world.

Small relaxed gatherings for those of all cooking abilities. Learn Culinary secrets and dine on the offerings.

 

Over the years Margaret has trained many cooks/chefs, passing on knowledge gained from over 30 years professional cooking experience. Maragret is passionate about food and loves to share her cooking secrets. She likes to keep the food simple, fresh, affordable and practical.

 

Cooking Class details

You choose a suitable time and date for 8 people to fill a class. Classes include all produce / ingredients and a folder with recipes and helpful hints & tips from that class. Please bring your own apron and note book.

If you don't have the numbers Margaret will assist with other interested parties to make up the numbers. Any other classes are based on application.

 

Three hour class $55.00 per person based on 6 to 8 people.

1/2 day class $95.00 per person based on 6 to 8 people.

Full day Class $150.00 per person based on 6 to 8 people.

If you are travelling a distance to attend our Cooking Classes with a few friends; stay on site at Kippilaw House accommodation . In the evening  dine on your prepared food.

The next day enjoy a Brunch / Lunch cooking class which you will dine on  before you depart for home. Complementary drinks included with the meal.
